JINGSHAN, China – On April 16, the Tianshun Jingshan 100MW/200MWh independent energy storage power station project, located in Santong Village, Shilong Town, Jingshan City, Jingmen City, Hubei Province, successfully completed its power energization. Twenty core units were smoothly put into operation, marking the project’s entry into the critical trial operation phase.

As a key new-type energy storage project in the region, the project team has strictly controlled quality and schedule since construction began. Preparatory work including equipment commissioning and line verification was efficiently completed, achieving a one-time, stable energization. This has laid a solid foundation for the project’s full-capacity grid connection and operation. Once operational, the project will effectively play roles in grid peak regulation, renewable energy consumption, and emergency power supply, helping to optimize the regional power energy structure and injecting strong momentum into the construction of Hubei’s new-type power system and local green, low-carbon development.
