On July 23–24, Guangtian Electric invited professional instructors from the Taizhou Red Cross Society to deliver a special two-day emergency rescue training course

covering four sessions on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) operation. The training covered more than 260 employees, achieving full staff participation, hands-on practice and proficient mastery of standard first-aid procedures.
Combined with real rescue cases, the instructors systematically explained the judgment criteria and disposal procedures for sudden syncope and cardiac arrest, emphasizing the critical significance of the “golden four minutes” for lifesaving intervention. The on-site demonstration included full standard procedures including on-site risk assessment, patient position adjustment, chest compression, airway opening and artificial respiration. The complete operational specifications of AED equipment were also demonstrated in detail, covering self-check, electrode pad placement, rhythm analysis and safe discharge.
Many employees participated in systematic first-aid training for the first time. All participants studied earnestly, asked questions actively and communicated with each other in a rigorous and positive learning atmosphere. After theoretical training, all employees conducted hands-on drills with mannequins and AED devices. Instructors provided one-on-one guidance to standardizing compression depth, compression frequency, ventilation rhythm and equipment operation essentials, ensuring every employee acquired practical and usable emergency rescue capabilities. Lifesaving first-aid skills are essential for workplace safety and serve as lifelong practical abilities to protect oneself, family members and others. Through this full-coverage training, Guangtian Electric has fostered a strong safety atmosphere of “everyone learns, understands and dares to perform first aid”. The company empowers employees to respond scientifically and bravely to sudden emergencies, safeguards lives with professional capabilities, and builds a safer, united and caring corporate team.
