Project background and program:
Congo (Democratic Republic of the Congo) Gangbov Mining Co., Ltd. 120kV wet plant substation, the main transformer capacity of 31,500kvA, 2, the transformer ratio of 120/10.5kV, 10kV bus for the single-bus segmentation. The two 120kV main transformers are operated in parallel with each other, and the 10kV buses are operated in parallel with each other in the normal operation mode.The reactive power compensation of the 10kV buses of the 120kV substation is about 15% of that of the single main transformer for dynamic compensation. Therefore, a set of MSVC-10-6000kVar (5000MCR+6000FC) dynamic reactive power compensation and harmonic management device is considered to be installed on the 10kV bus, with a set of capacitors with an installed capacity of 6000kVar, and outdoor frame fixed compensation. Equipped with oil-immersed magnetron reactor with capacity of 5000kVar, it can realize 0-5000kVar reactive power compensation adjustment and dynamic compensation. At the same time, it is equipped with 12% hollow reactor to suppress harmonics of the 3rd and above.
The equipment can sample the voltage and current signals of the system inlet, the voltage signal is taken from the PT signal of any section of 10kV bus, and the current signal is synthesized from the CT signals of the switchgear on the 10kV side of the two main transformers. According to the actual reactive power demand of the system for tracking compensation, the operating state will be the device dynamically tracking the system power quality changes, and according to the actual load changes automatically adjust the output reactive power, follow the load dynamic changes in the output, to achieve high power factor operation under any operating conditions, reduce the reactive power loss of the line, stabilize the voltage, so as to improve the user's comprehensive energy-saving benefits, to ensure that the power factor of 0.95 or more.
Operation effect: the equipment quickly follows the load changes to ensure that the real-time power factor is greater than 0.98, to achieve the purpose of energy saving and efficiency.
