Section 1 General Provisions

Article 2 the scope of application of the company's quality, integrity and self-discipline code of conduct shall be all the staff of all departments, units, employees and suppliers and agents affiliated to the company; all departments, units and individuals within the above scope shall strictly abide by the contents of the company's "quality, integrity and self-discipline code of conduct" and contact the actual work of the department, unit and individual, formulate the implementation rules for implementing the quality integrity self-discipline code of conduct as soon as possible, and implement them after approval by the higher level leaders;

Article 3 The Quality and Integrity Management Committee and the President's Office of the Company are the formulation agencies of the self-discipline code of conduct for quality and integrity, and are responsible for organizing the implementation.

Article 4 Consciously abide by the principles and policies of the party and the state, abide by the laws and regulations of the state; ensure that the company operates in good faith according to law, establish a good faith culture, self-study to maintain the normal order of the market, and provide customers with high-quality products;

Article 5 Strictly control in accordance with the requirements of the main brand, do not hang and do not operate other brands, and lend the enterprise qualification certificate and business license;

Article 6 Adhere to the principles of openness, fairness, impartiality, honesty and trustworthiness to participate in market competition, not to obtain customers by illegal means such as bribery, kickbacks, collusion of bids, etc., and not to contract business by means of vicious competition at a price lower than the cost price or outside the contract;

Article 7 Adhere to the policy of "integrity-based, quality-based, market-oriented, and customer-centered", earnestly implement product standard requirements to ensure the realization of customer satisfaction:

One. Continuously establish and improve the quality assurance system of the company and each link; adhere to the system of self-inspection, mutual inspection, sampling inspection and final inspection of product quality, and test each batch of products to ensure that product quality is realized in each operation process;

2 Do not practice fraud and blind production, in strict accordance with the process of production, seriously do a good job in the technical control;

3 Conscientiously implement the ISO9001 standards, make real records of inspection, test and related verification, and do a good job of statistical analysis to provide a reliable basis for quality improvement.

Article 8 In strict accordance with the relevant national and local laws and regulations on environment, occupational health and safety, do not pollute the environment, do not endanger the personal and equipment safety of employees and customers, and have the courage to assume social responsibility.

Article 9 to ensure safe production, do not violate the equipment safety operation rules, self-study the use of personal safety protection equipment, resolutely stop sound command and unsafe operation behavior, put an end to fire and all kinds of harmful accidents;

Article 10 Establish a good image of the company's quality and integrity services, earnestly achieve "contract-keeping and trustworthy", and strictly perform the obligations stipulated in the relevant parties' contracts;

Article 11 Care for employees, provide good production conditions and living environment for employees, and be good at safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of employees;

Article 12 Formulate and abide by the code of conduct of employees' professional ethics, accept the supervision and criticism of the company from all walks of life, and jointly resist and correct the unhealthy trends in the industry;

Article 13 Strictly enforce work discipline and never disclose business secrets between the company and the company.

Section III The formulation and implementation of the self-discipline code of conduct for enterprise quality integrity.

Article 14 The organization of the company to implement quality integrity management:

One. The company has established a quality integrity management committee, which is composed of the company's general manager, the president's office, and the leaders of the main relevant departments and units of quality integrity management;

2 The director of the quality and integrity management committee of the company shall be the general manager of the company, the management representative shall be appointed by the general manager, and the members shall be concurrently held by the leaders of relevant departments and units of the company, with full-time personnel responsible for the work;

3 The president's office is responsible for and presides over the daily work of the implementation of the company's quality integrity self-discipline code of conduct (including the verification of quality integrity management complaints, the assessment of the implementation of quality integrity self-discipline code of conduct and other related work);

Article 15 Procedures for the formulation and approval of self-discipline codes of conduct for quality integrity:

1 For departments, units or individuals that violate the company's quality and integrity self-discipline behavior norms, the President's Office and the leaders of relevant departments and units shall investigate and verify them together, and organize them into written materials and submit them to the company's quality and integrity management committee;

2 The quality and integrity management committee of the company shall, according to the seriousness of the case, put forward administrative warning and punishment to those who violate the self-discipline behavior standard of the company's quality and integrity, and instruct them to make written inspection;

3 For repeated violations of the company's quality integrity self-discipline code of conduct, the circumstances are serious, the implementation of the company's internal announcement (notification) or according to the company's relevant rewards and punishments seriously;

4 If the violation of the relevant laws and regulations of the state is involved and the circumstances are serious, they shall be investigated and dealt with in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the state and dealt with in accordance with the rules and regulations.

Section IV Supplementary Provisions

Article 19 The right to interpret this quality integrity self-discipline code of conduct belongs to the quality integrity management committee of the company;

Article 20 This code of conduct for quality, integrity and self-discipline shall be implemented from the date of official publication by the company.
