By the end of July 2009, our company has obtained 18 patents, including 5 design patents and 13 utility model patents. Another 6 invention patents are in the publicity period, and 23 have been applied for acceptance.
The design patent involves the new product electrostatic precipitator transformer and adjustable reactance arc suppression coil developed in 2005, the inner rod reactor developed in 2007 and the 35kV transformer with superior performance.
The utility model patent relates to electrostatic dust removal transformers and a DC circuit used in dust removal transformers; capacitive current compensation equipment in power systems: automatic tuning arc-suppression voltage limiting devices, phase-compensated three-phase shunt reactors and compensation systems, three-phase five-column arc-suppression coils; power transformer products: different from dry-type transformers with three-phase coils placed in parallel and overlapping up and down, small depth square coil transformers specially designed to reduce the installation size of transformers, 20kV dry-type transformers, copper or aluminum strip wound dry-type transformers, high insulation and small capacity dry-type transformers applied to railways to improve the shortcomings of traditional transformers; New structure for transformer products: applied to GT6 series dry-type transformer long round core column, applied to large-capacity transformer a series of heat dissipation devices (cushion block slotting, high and low voltage pouring body segmentation, insulation cylinder upper and lower segmentation coordination); New topic: dry-type transformer protection device (using voltage differential to detect inter-turn short circuit of transformer).
