2009 National Power Capacitor Reactive Power Compensation and Filter Device Technical Seminar Held Successfully

From September 6 to September 8, 2009, the "2009 National Technical Seminar on Reactive Power Compensation and Filter Devices for Power Capacitors" hosted by Zhejiang Guangtian Transformer Co., Ltd. was held in Huangyan, Zhejiang as scheduled. China Electrotechnical Society, Xi'an High Voltage Electric Research Institute, major capacitor manufacturers, major reactive power compensation and filter device manufacturers, some power supply bureaus and related disciplines and research institutes all sent representatives to attend the meeting.

First of all, Director Han Yi of the China Electrotechnical Society introduced the technological development and market trends of the industry in the past year; Li Qin, Deputy Director of the Equipment Department of the Three Gorges Office of the State Council, summarized the problems in the development of the capacitor industry and put forward new goals for the development of the industry; and Tan Yiling, Secretary-General of the Power Capacitor Committee of the China Electrotechnical Society, made a detailed summary of the work of the previous year and detailed planning for the next year.

Subsequently, some of the more representative papers were preached by the authors, sharing their experience in the work this year and the research results in technological development.

The representatives attending the meeting held group discussions and selected the award-winning papers and advanced individuals of the meeting. The conference published the "power capacitor reactive power compensation technology papers".

During the meeting, Zhejiang Guangtian briefly introduced our newly developed dry-type magnetic control reactor products and the protection of voltage differential to power products in the new product introduction section. and invited all delegates to zhejiang guangtian for a field visit.
