Four Compact Substations for Hungary Project Successfully Energized

BUDAPEST, Hungary – A major milestone has recently been achieved in a key Hungarian power grid upgrade project. Four compact substations supplied by Zhejiang Guangtian Power Equipment Co., Ltd. have been successfully energized at the project site. Mr. Csaba Lantos, Minister of Energy of Hungary, personally attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
During the ceremony, Minister Lantos affirmed the high-quality and on‑schedule delivery of the project. He highly praised Zhejiang Guangtian’s professional performance in equipment manufacturing, supply chain assurance, and on‑site technical services. The Minister noted that the successful energization of this project is of great significance for improving the stability of Hungary’s local power grid and enhancing energy transmission efficiency.
The successful ribbon-cutting ceremony marks an important milestone in the implementation of Zhejiang Guangtian’s internationalization strategy in the European market. It also represents a new achievement in practical cooperation between China and Hungary in the field of energy infrastructure. Zhejiang Guangtian will take this opportunity to continue deepening its presence in European markets and markets along the Belt and Road, promoting Chinese high-end power equipment manufacturing and service standards to the world.
